At Soul Spark Coffee, we believe in the Power of Intention—crafting each cup with Love and Positive Energy. Our Mobile Coffee Cart and Catering Service bring sustainable ethically sourced Organic USDA Certified Coffee and Teas to your favorite parks, private events, and local gatherings in Folsom, California. We are the first Mobile Coffee Cart to serve ALL Organic USDA Certified ingredients, Organic USDA Certfied Coffee along with Organic regenerative high-quality teas within the Folsom area. From rich espresso drinks and small-batch drip coffee to high-quality herbal lattes, tea blends,  hot chocolate, and making a few small batch organic syrups/concentrates we offer a warm, uplifting experience with every cup. With a deep commitment to sustainability, organic, and ethically sourced, you can feel good about what you're sipping. At Soul Spark Coffee, we are honored to provide Organic Ethically Sourced Organic USDA Certified Coffee along with Organic regenerative high-quality tea in Folsom, California.  Even our cups care for Mama Earth—fully compostable, ethically sourced, and helping plant trees with every purchase. 


We’re more than just a Mobile Coffee Cart—we’re a Journey of Positivity, Love, and Connection. Every part of our process is infused with intentional, loving energy—from selecting ethically sourced, organic beans and tea leaves to thoughtfully brewing each cup with care. With a variety of brewing methods, you can enjoy your favorite beverage just the way you like it—always made with love. 


We see coffee as a Moment In Time to slow down, savor each sip, like a warm comforting hug that unites us in love, connection, and community.

Muddy Waters Coffee Company  is USDA Certified Organic, roasting exceptional coffee in Humboldt, California for over two decades. Master roaster & owner Chris Nichols blends three to four distinct roast profiles for each coffee, creating a complex & delicious palate. Committed to sustainability, they ethically source as many Fair Trade Certified beans as possible. Every batch is crafted on their 2002 30-kilo Diedrich drum roaster, ensuring rich flavor rooted in passion & experience. 

Yogi Tea Yogi Tea’s purpose is to serve, guiding them to create delicious, purposeful tea blends rooted in quality, sustainability, & social responsibility locally, nationally, & globally. Their Tea bags are compostable, the packaging is recyclable, and each tea bag comes with a lovely, uplifting message.

New Roots Sustainability extends beyond what’s in the cup. Environmentally conscious hot cups/lids that are compostable. They raise funds through its sales to help support the mission of the National Forest Foundation of reforesting ecologically devastated areas. 

Davidson's Organics is a direct-from-garden source for organic and fair-trade teas. As third-generation organic tea growers with a deep respect for nature, a dedication to high-quality infusions, & a passion for innovation, they pride themselves on utilizing the best trading and eco-friendly practices in their field. 

365 Whole Foods Market  All of their chocolate bars, chocolate chips and baking chocolate products sold under our 365 by Whole Foods Market brand are certified by Fair Trade USA or Fair Trade International. 

Jiva Organics is a family owned small business that believe in offering organic & chemical-free products to assist us in implementing healthy eating. Jiva Organics also partnered with the World's largest NGO-Run Mid-day meal program where Every Purchase helps feed a child in need.
